Senior Procurement Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant to lead strategic sourcing, category management and procurement transformation initiatives for our clients. The role involves delivering data‑driven solutions, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating with global teams to drive measurable cost savings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement transformation projects.
• Analyse data to identify savings opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to support project deliverables.
• Own and deliver projects that generate bottom‑line success for clients.
• Develop fact‑based, creative solutions for complex procurement challenges.
• Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to establish optimal working relationships.
• Liaise with senior colleagues to secure client buy‑in and ensure successful implementation.
• Understand client needs to deliver high‑impact results and build confidence at senior levels.
• Collaborate with GEP and client teams across time zones and cultures.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Superior problem‑solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in professional, academic or extracurricular settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Business‑fluent English.
• Strong eagerness to learn, challenge oneself and others.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
