Senior PMO Analyst – Global Operations

About the role

The Senior PMO Analyst joins TransUnion’s Global Operations PMO (GO_PMO) to support the Governance & Assurance team. Working remotely from South Africa, you will help drive portfolio planning, resourcing, reporting and assurance across the global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt and apply CIS Portfolio Management change and governance frameworks, tools and processes.
• Monitor project performance against TCQ expectations and raise early warnings on variances.
• Develop and maintain executive portfolio dashboards, trend analysis and other key reports.
• Support knowledge‑management by quality‑checking templates and updating the SharePoint site.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Leads and Project Managers to keep documentation current and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Provide constructive challenge on KPIs and quality metrics to ensure alignment with TransUnion’s strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially SharePoint, MS Teams and Excel.
• Experience using a variety of project management and PMO tools.
• Familiarity with governance and control processes in a PMO context.
