Senior Organisational Effectiveness Consultant

About the role

The Senior Organisational Effectiveness Consultant will lead the design and delivery of organisational effectiveness interventions that enhance employee performance and drive business results. Working within Momentum Metropolitan's Human Capital framework, you will partner with senior leaders to embed best‑practice change management, talent development and people analytics across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver OE solutions aligned with Momentum Metropolitan frameworks to close performance gaps.
• Lead projects from conception to implementation, collaborating with the HC team and OE specialists.
• Use psychometric assessments to inform talent conversations, succession planning and team development.
• Design and roll out leadership, team and conflict‑management interventions that support the company’s values and culture.
• Leverage metrics and diagnostic tools to evaluate intervention impact and continuously improve solutions.
• Stay current on legislation, trends and research in organisational effectiveness and share insights with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Honours degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
• Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) – preferred.
• Registered Industrial Psychologist – preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Human Capital experience, including 5 years in organisational development within insurance or financial services.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Proven exposure to developing and implementing organisational effectiveness interventions.
