About the role

Betway Africa is looking for a senior‑level Multimedia Designer specialized in motion graphics and animation to join its creative team in Johannesburg. The role focuses on producing high‑quality motion‑based content across multiple platforms while leveraging AI‑powered creative tools. You will also mentor junior designers and help shape the visual identity of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and animations that meet creative briefs.
• Maintain brand and corporate identity standards across all deliverables.
• Utilize AI tools to generate images and video assets.
• Develop new creative concepts and manage project timelines.
• Troubleshoot technical production issues.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level designers and review performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of motion graphics and animation experience.
• Strong motion design portfolio demonstrating Adobe expertise and AI workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
