Senior Multimedia Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to join our online gaming team, creating compelling visual assets across digital and print channels. The role combines graphic design, art direction, and collaboration with copywriters and product teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print graphics, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity.
• Conceptualise, ideate and roll‑out visual concepts from brief to final production, adapting quickly to urgent business needs.
• Prepare files for various print substrates, managing set‑up, colour profiles and production specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level designers, fostering a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including copywriters and product managers, to develop campaigns for multiple African markets.
• Participate in daily stand‑up meetings, share best practices and contribute to departmental innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Design Communication.
• 5‑6+ years of design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong time‑management and project‑management abilities, with a track record of delivering on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Expert use of Microsoft PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Experience with After Effects and Dreamweaver (advantageous).
• Understanding of UI design best practices.
