About the role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to shape and execute growth‑focused marketing strategies for a leading iGaming business. The role demands creativity within strict regulatory boundaries, turning constraints into innovative customer‑engagement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, CRM, content and brand.
- Design and launch compliant, data‑driven campaigns that drive customer growth.
- Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing marketing team.
- Analyse data and market insights to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Challenge conventional thinking and test bold, compliant ideas.
Required profile
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in digital acquisition and retention.
- Commercial, data‑driven mindset.
- Experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, fintech or other regulated industries is advantageous.
