Senior Manager, Social Impact & Sustainability

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Social Impact and Sustainability initiatives across Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEMEA). You will shape the regional strategy, drive partnership programs and ensure alignment with Visa’s 2030 vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CEMEA social impact & sustainability roadmap, aligning with global priorities such as small‑business empowerment, financial education and digital commerce security.
• Lead regional impact programs, advise on Visa Foundation capital allocation, and manage end‑to‑end delivery of public and private sector partnerships.
• Collaborate with country leadership, Communications, and Government Affairs to scale programs and integrate impact into client and government engagements.
• Build trust‑based relationships with external stakeholders, enhance Visa’s reputation, and create compelling narratives that showcase purpose and impact.
• Establish feedback loops to share insights and best practices across regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading social impact, sustainability or partnership programs at a senior level.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers across public and private sectors.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate purpose and outcomes.
