About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Specialist to provide expert legal advice and support on commercial and property-related matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on property, commercial contracts and related matters
- Draft, negotiate and renew property leases, access agreements and site‑sharing agreements
- Support negotiations with customers, suppliers and other third parties
- Manage and provide legal input on disputes and litigation
- Prepare legal opinions and advise on litigation prospects
- Guide external legal counsel on litigation matters
- Keep senior stakeholders informed on major negotiations, disputes and relevant legal developments
- Review and maintain standard lease and related agreement templates
- Provide strategic legal support to the business
Required profile
- LLB Degree or higher
- Admitted Attorney or Advocate
- Own laptop
- 5–8 years post‑qualification experience
- Demonstrable experience in Property Law
- Strong commercial law, drafting and negotiation experience
- Strong legal research, analytical and decision‑making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve complex commercial matters
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related sector (advantageous)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
