Senior Key Accounts Manager – Ingredients

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Accounts Manager to lead and expand our strategic relationships with major ingredient customers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the primary liaison for senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key strategic accounts.
• Develop account plans that drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Monitor account performance, sales targets, and profitability.
• Serve as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in key account management or senior sales roles.
• Proven track record of managing large, strategic client accounts.
• Experience in contract negotiation and revenue growth management.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing cross‑functional internal and external stakeholders.
