Senior Java Developer – Enterprise Applications

About the role

IQbusiness’s Technology Division is looking for a Senior Java Developer to lead the design, development and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. You will work with modern Java frameworks and cloud technologies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using Java, Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain frontend components with Angular.
• Architect and implement microservices, deploying them in Kubernetes clusters.
• Utilise AWS and Azure services to scale applications.
• Create and manage containerised applications using Docker.
• Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with DevOps and QA for CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot performance issues and ensure reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and related technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working in agile development teams.
• Willingness to undergo background checks including credit, criminal, ID and qualification verification.
