Senior Internal Sales/Account Manager – IT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Internal Sales/Account Manager to join a leading provider of refurbished enterprise IT hardware and technology lifecycle solutions. The role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships while actively generating new business through cold‑calling and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling and lead generation.
• Upsell IT hardware solutions to existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and support.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• 3‑5 years of internal sales or similar experience in the computer hardware industry.
• Residence within easy commuting distance to the Tokai office, Cape Town.
• Proven track record of generating leads and expanding customer relationships.

What we offer

• Basic salary of R25 000 – R30 000 per month.
• Competitive commission structure with excellent OTE.
• Standard office hours: Mon‑Thu 08:00‑17:00, Fri 08:00‑16:00.
