Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Utopia is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its design team and shape boutique hospitality assets across its global portfolio. The role is fully remote and involves creating interior concepts, material palettes, mood boards, and detailed drawing sets through all RIBA stages.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from concept inception to detailed design and handover.
• Develop interior concepts, material palettes, and mood boards that align with Utopia’s brand DNA.
• Produce drawing sets for each RIBA stage and ensure technical design readiness for construction.
• Collaborate with architects, CGI artists, consultants, FF&E team, and clients to maintain design integrity.
• Introduce innovative ideas in materials, lighting, layout, and spatial storytelling.
• Coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project delivery.

• Strong sense of responsibility for delivering high‑quality work on time.

Required skills
