Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Projects

About the role

Our client, a leading firm in the commercial interior design sector, is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their team in Bryanston. The role offers the chance to lead design projects from concept through to delivery, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and develop conceptual designs that meet brand and functional requirements.
• Create detailed space plans, presentations, and specification documents.
• Produce accurate shop drawings and technical documentation using Revit.
• Manage individual projects while coordinating with Design, Sales, and Projects teams.
• Identify innovative design solutions aligned with client objectives in the advertising and media space.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are consistently met.

Required profile

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum six years of experience in commercial interior design.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple project streams.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for site visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison and team collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
