Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will shape visual communication for Old Mutual Wealth, creating high‑impact corporate collateral, presentations, reports, digital assets and print touchpoints. Working closely with the Head of Brand and Senior Designer, you will ensure brand excellence, clarity and a modern, minimalist aesthetic that resonates with high‑net‑worth investors.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic briefs into high‑quality design solutions across digital, presentation and print media.
• Design and build executive‑level PowerPoint presentations, including slide masters and templates.
• Create email templates, Everlytic mailers, newsletters, invitations and digital reports.
• Produce static and animated social media banners, campaign assets and short video clips.
• Maintain brand guidelines, contribute to brand system refinements and ensure visual consistency across all outputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve communication challenges and support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in graphic design within a corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking combined with meticulous execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high‑performance setting.
• Design aesthetic that balances sophistication, simplicity and visual confidence.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint presentation design.
• Experience with Everlytic email‑template creation.
• Proficiency in creating static and simple motion graphics for digital channels.
