About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. Working closely with a Creative Strategist, you will translate strategy into high‑performing visual assets that drive client growth across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing ad creatives for paid media (≈40% of time), creating variations for testing and adapting designs for multiple platforms.
• Develop visually engaging email campaigns, optimizing assets for desktop and mobile (≈35%).
• Create clean, conversion‑focused landing pages in collaboration with strategists and developers (≈15%).
• Support client branding projects, maintaining strong visual consistency across brand assets (≈10%).

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in graphic or digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital work and conversion‑focused design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with strategists, marketers, and developers.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills
