Senior Full-Stack Developer (Hybrid) – Durban

About the role

We are seeking a senior full‑stack developer to lead architecture, ensure quality, and support delivery across multiple projects. The role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solutions using React for the front‑end and Node.js/.NET Core for the back‑end.
• Define and document micro‑service, event‑driven and domain‑driven architectures.
• Drive cloud‑native implementations on Azure, including containers, serverless and managed services.
• Implement DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and observability.
• Apply scalability, performance and security strategies, ensuring POPIA compliance.
• Mentor developers, enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews.

Required profile

• 6+ years of software development experience with demonstrable architectural impact.
• National Diploma or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
