Senior Financial Manager

About the role

An experienced Senior Financial Manager is required to oversee the full finance function within a Financial Services / Insurance business. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and effective financial decision‑making. The role demands a commercially minded finance professional who can provide insight, manage risk and support strategic objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and complex problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Strong senior‑level communication and influencing skills
• High levels of integrity and professionalism
• Minimum 5 years relevant financial experience within the financial services industry, including post‑articles experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing accountants
