Senior Financial Manager

About the role

Network Finance is seeking a seasoned CA(SA) to step into a high‑impact senior finance position. Reporting to senior financial leadership, you will act as the second‑in‑command of the finance function, influencing strategic direction and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term strategic planning, providing analysis to drive informed decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Evaluate and strengthen financial controls, policies and procedures, and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, working capital performance and stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with board packs, management reports and financial presentations for executive management.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with extensive finance experience.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Commercially minded with a passion for financial excellence and process improvement.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
