Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to join our digital transformation team. You will design, develop, and support enterprise‑scale ERP solutions that span finance, supply chain, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customisations, extensions, integrations and workflows in Dynamics 365 F&O using X++.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations with third‑party systems and APIs, including data migration tasks.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Support deployments, releases and environment management.
• Contribute to technical architecture, best‑practice guidelines and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Strong experience developing within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX.
• Deep expertise in X++ and extension‑based development.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in finance, supply chain or manufacturing modules is preferred.
• Consultancy or client‑facing project experience is a plus.
