Senior Director of Revenue

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel the Westcliff is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue to lead revenue strategy for its iconic urban resort in Johannesburg. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape pricing, distribution and forecasting to maximize profitability while delivering the brand’s hallmark guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
• Analyse business data, performance metrics and competitive intelligence to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure cohesive revenue‑driven initiatives.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting for the property.
• Lead a team of revenue analysts, providing mentorship and ensuring best‑practice processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Legal right to work in South Africa.
