Senior Digital Designer

About the role

Le Pub is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join its multi‑talented studio. You will work on integrated concepts and designs that resonate with South African culture and the major social platforms, delivering intuitive, human‑centred digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with digital platforms and emerging technologies.
• Manage the creative process across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, media, and account teams.
• Champion digital innovation on every project.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and help define campaign aesthetics.
• Generate, mock‑up, and sell ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Design across various digital channels and produce creative elements against deliverable lists.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in digital design.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset with clear communication of creative rationales.
• Presentation skills and ability to attend project reviews with fresh ideas.
• Understanding of South African popular culture and digital media trends.
