B2B Graphic Designer (m/f) with AI Competency

About the role

Join RIB’s global Marketing & Communications team as a B2B Graphic Designer with AI competency. You will translate marketing concepts into compelling visual assets that support campaigns, customer stories, and the global brand across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality assets for digital and print, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and internal communications.
• Edit and produce video content for campaigns, webinars, and social platforms; lead brand video animations, storyboards, and special‑effects production.
• Create clear, visually engaging PowerPoint decks for executive, sales, and customer‑facing presentations.
• Support landing‑page design and web‑content updates while adhering to the shared design system and brand standards.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, codify best practices, and raise the team’s overall capability.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating a range of work across marketing collateral, social media, video/motion, and AI‑assisted production.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to brand consistency.
• Comfort working in a globally distributed design organization across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted design tools.
• Graphic design for digital and print media.
• Video editing and motion‑graphics production.
• PowerPoint deck creation and visual storytelling.
• Experience working within a design system and brand guidelines.
