Senior Digital Delivery Technician (Modeller)

About the role

The Senior Digital Delivery Technician (Modeller) will lead complex design modelling tasks, prepare tender and construction documents, and provide technical support to meet client and functional group requirements. Reporting to the Section Manager, the role combines advanced BIM expertise with mentorship of junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and detail models using Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
• Create and maintain Autodesk templates, libraries, and automation tools.
• Conduct quality audits on outgoing drawings and ensure standardisation across projects.
• Visualise 3D models for presentations and implement BIM processes.
• Troubleshoot Autodesk software and set up departmental interfaces.
• Participate in technical discussions, project delivery meetings, and mentor junior engineers.
• Produce conceptual and detailed design documentation, delivering practical and economical solutions.
• Support Project Managers with site queries and reporting.

Required profile

• Professional registration in drawing/modelling (Autodesk certification preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience on relevant construction or engineering projects.
