Senior DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Automation

About the role

The Senior DevOps Engineer will drive automation, reliability and scalability of our software delivery pipeline. Working closely with development, operations and security teams, you will enable continuous delivery in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines that automate builds, tests and deployments across environments.
• Operate container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes and Rancher to support micro‑services.
• Automate repetitive tasks with Python, Bash or PowerShell and configuration‑management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor).
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost and scalability.
• Collaborate with security teams to embed DevSecOps practices.
• Provide 2nd/3rd‑level incident and problem support, including root‑cause analysis.
• Document infrastructure, runbooks and SOPs, and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and share knowledge.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Terraform (or equivalent IaC tool)
• CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
