Senior Developer

About the role

SRG Recruitment is seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop and deliver high‑quality software solutions across the full product lifecycle. The role focuses on optimisation, maintaining coding standards, overseeing architecture, troubleshooting production issues and mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver new features and enhancements, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Identify optimisation opportunities to improve system efficiency and business value.
• Maintain coding standards through automated testing, peer reviews, documentation and close collaboration with QA.
• Oversee software architecture, resolve production incidents and implement preventative solutions.
• Mentor fellow developers, promote engineering best practices and work with DevOps for reliable deployments.

Required profile

• Relevant three‑year qualification with at least five years of software development experience, or equivalent certification/experience as outlined.
• Strong hands‑on experience with .NET and C#; familiarity with modern web technologies is essential.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, database technologies, testing practices and the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, business‑focused mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for mentoring, continuous improvement and driving engineering excellence.
