Senior Cyber Incident Response Analyst – South Africa

About the role

Integrity360 is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Analyst to join its South African team. The analyst will apply established methodologies to detect, investigate and remediate cyber incidents for a diverse client base, while also conducting proactive threat hunting and delivering compromise assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to cyber incidents and conduct detailed host and network intrusion analysis for Windows, Unix and network environments.
• Perform malware reverse engineering, digital forensics and cyber threat intelligence investigations.
• Deliver proactive services such as compromise assessments and recommend tools and technologies for incident response.
• Engage directly with customers, present findings in person when required, and manage incident communication and escalation.
• Develop, maintain and improve security incident response plans and reusable processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of malware, emerging threats and adversary tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).
• Experience creating and maintaining incident response plans and working within ITIL, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as SANS GSEC, GCIH, GCFA/GCFE, GNFA, GREM or EC‑Council credentials.
• Ability to multitask, think critically and communicate technical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
