Senior Consultant – Client Delivery (Johannesburg, Hybrid)

About the role

This senior consulting position focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving account growth across complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements. The role is based in Johannesburg with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on‑site and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client engagements from initiation through to close‑out, overseeing programme and project delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client leaders, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans and support change‑transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate internal Organisation Development, Coaching and Communications practices to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Maintain delivery standards, governance processes, and quality assurance across all projects.
• Manage budgets, scope, resource scheduling, risks, dependencies and produce executive reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Seasoned consultant comfortable acting as Account Lead, Project Leader, Trusted Advisor and Client Partner.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives, manage large programmes and ensure operational excellence.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑alignment skills.
