Senior Cloud Engineer (MCI Workshops & M365 Projects)

About the role

Join a top‑tier company in Cape Town to plan and deliver Microsoft Cloud Immersion (MCI) workshops and lead end‑to‑end Microsoft cloud projects. You will help customers adopt Microsoft 365 and Azure, design migration solutions, and translate workshop outcomes into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft Cloud Immersion workshops covering Microsoft 365 AI, productivity, security, modern work, endpoint management, Azure and identity scenarios.
• Prepare workshop environments, demo tenants and supporting materials, and translate outcomes into clear technical recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end cloud migration projects, including tenant‑to‑tenant, hybrid Exchange, Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, and Azure server migrations.
• Assess customer requirements, design solutions, scope and quote projects, and manage implementation, documentation and post‑project evaluation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex Microsoft 365 and Azure migration projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executives and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines and delivering within scope.
