Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high‑profile Integration Programme within the Technology and Innovation function. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 integration and broader enterprise migration initiatives, working with stakeholders across multiple regions and business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end requirements definition and documentation across business and technical workstreams.
• Conduct current‑state and target‑state process analysis, identifying gaps, optimisation opportunities and control weaknesses.
• Translate business, compliance and security needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and vendors to validate solution designs against requirements.
• Support testing, validation and user‑acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with internal audit and risk frameworks.
• Perform data reconciliation across systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of migrated data.

Required profile

• 7+ years of business analysis experience on technology‑led change initiatives, including complex integrations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across regions.
• Knowledge of regulatory and audit standards governing data protection (e.g., GDPR) and experience with IAM governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or Computer Science; CBAP/CCBA certification is advantageous.
