Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the discovery and definition of requirements for a new loyalty and rewards platform within a complex banking environment. The role will bridge business, product and technology teams, ensuring clear translation of business needs into actionable specifications for engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery from broad and ambiguous business needs.
• Facilitate workshops with business, product and technology stakeholders.
• Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, dependencies and risks.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Create process maps, story maps and analysis artefacts.
• Maintain requirements and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Work effectively across Agile, structured and hybrid delivery environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a banking or financial services context.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity.
• Experience operating in Agile, structured or hybrid delivery models.
