About the role

Festive, a leading integrated poultry producer within the Astral Group, is looking for a Senior Broiler Farms Admin to oversee farm administration activities. The role involves managing the admin clerk and tea lady, coordinating payments, and ensuring accurate accounting of production batches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the broiler farms admin clerk and tea lady.
• Compile weekly contract grower payments and related invoicing.
• Prepare and review various reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with farm managers, contract growers, and the finance department on accounting and expense matters.
• Provide backup for AFS and LN functions.
• Produce weekly forecast reports.
• Handle ad‑hoc office management duties.

Required profile

• Matric Certificate or equivalent.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑starter who takes initiative.
• Leads by example, motivated and deadline‑driven.
• Basic understanding of the 20 Keys concept.
