Senior Architectural Technologist – Cape Town

About the role

Our client, an established architectural practice in Cape Town, is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. The role involves working on diverse architectural projects within a collaborative, BIM‑driven environment, contributing across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality technical documentation and detailed Revit models.
• Coordinate architectural information across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute from design development through construction documentation to project delivery.
• Maintain technical quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional registration with SACAP as a Professional Senior Architectural Technologist (Pr.S.Arch.T.) or Professional Architectural Technologist (Pr.Arch.T.).
• Approximately 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM environments.
• Experience in design development, technical documentation and project delivery.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
