Senior Architect – Commercial Projects – Revit Expert

About the role

This role is ideal for a confident and technically strong architect who can lead projects from concept to completion, manage consultants, and mentor junior staff while maintaining design and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and technical development of commercial projects.
• Manage project documentation using Revit from start to finish.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Oversee quality control and compliance with project timelines.
• Mentor junior architects and technologists.

Required profile

• Registered Professional Architect (SACAP).
• 5–10 years’ experience in the architecture industry.
• Extensive experience on large‑scale commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Strong understanding of South African building codes and regulations.
• Excellent design development, technical detailing, and documentation skills.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
