About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the finance team of a well‑established manufacturing company in Johannesburg East. The role offers ownership of key financial processes and the chance to influence strategic decisions in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare annual financial statements.
Manage VAT and tax compliance.
Process journals and perform reconciliations.
Compile and analyse income statements.
Maintain balance sheet integrity.

Required profile

BCom Accounting qualification.
SAICA or SAIPA articles completed.
3‑5 years post‑articles experience.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Required skills

VAT and tax reporting.
Financial statement preparation.
Journal entry processing.
Account reconciliations.
Balance sheet and income statement analysis.

What we offer

Annual remuneration of R600 000.
