Senior Account Executive – Southern Africa

About the role

Native is building the first intelligence‑grade system to digitise traditional trade stores across Africa. As a Senior Account Executive you will own the end‑to‑end sales process for new logos and revenue growth with leading CPG manufacturers and distributors in Southern Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close, with no hand‑offs.
• Accelerate deal velocity by removing friction and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and expand Native’s footprint across South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia and surrounding markets.
• Engage CPG manufacturers and distributors to understand pain points in market‑share, distribution and retail execution.
• Position Native as the essential operating system for commercial growth in traditional trade.

Required profile

• Proven track record of enterprise sales with consistent quota attainment.
• Experience selling subscription‑based products and long‑term enterprise contracts.
• Familiarity with the execution needs of CPG manufacturers and distributors.
• High‑leverage mindset, strong ownership, curiosity with disciplined experimentation, and intellectual honesty.
