About the role
The Security Risk Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive security strategies, covering physical, IT, and occupational health and safety aspects. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective security protocols.
- Manage and maintain technical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.
- Oversee security investigations and ensure adherence to OHS legislation.
- Lead, train, and motivate security teams while developing proactive crisis response plans.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in security services, with 2–5 years in middle‑management roles.
- Age between 35 and 50, own vehicle, and good health.
- PSIRA Grade A registration (mandatory).
