Security & Operations Manager

About the role

The Security & Operations Manager will safeguard the company's staff, assets, and properties across multiple sites. Reporting to senior management, you will lead both security and facilities teams, ensuring a safe and well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and close safety gaps.
• Manage and supervise outsourced security guards, cleaning staff, and gardening personnel.
• Coordinate emergency response, lead incident investigations, and produce detailed reports.
• Oversee CCTV and alarm systems, perform regular testing, and monitor fleet vehicle tracking.
• Control the security budget, evaluate and select security service providers.
• Handle HR matters for guards, cleaners, and gardeners, including IOD processing.

Required profile

• Degree in Security Management, Safety, or Criminal Justice.
• Health & Safety qualification or certificate.
• PSIRA Grade B registration.
• Minimum 5 years experience in private security management.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and composure under pressure.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
