Security Operations Analyst – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with leading AI research labs to train next‑generation AI systems that can reason through real‑world security incidents. As a Security Operations Analyst you will apply your SOC expertise to evaluate and improve AI‑generated security outputs, helping the models detect, investigate and respond to threats more accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze realistic SOC scenarios—including alerts, incidents and investigations—to determine significance and root cause.
• Classify threat severity, identify underlying causes and recommend appropriate response actions.
• Review detection logic, triage workflows and investigation methodologies for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate AI‑generated security outputs and validate alignment with analyst best practices.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that enables AI systems to reason more effectively through security events.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations roles.
• Strong familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage and investigation workflows.
• Ability to distinguish genuine threat signals from noise and false positives.
• Comfortable working through ambiguous scenarios and documenting reasoning clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated with strong written communication skills.
