About the role
We are seeking energetic and hardworking seasonal sales associates to join our stores in the Western Cape during the festive period. The role involves delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers while supporting the store’s sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing optimal solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range and stay updated on the latest décor and fashion trends.
- Replenish merchandise promptly to keep the store customer‑ready.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Matric certificate (advantageous).
Required skills
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and selling abilities.
- Passion for retail and fashion.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Reliable transport and availability to start immediately.
