Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing optimal solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise to keep the store customer‑ready.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Matric certificate (advantageous).
Required skills
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- South African citizenship, reliable transport and availability to start immediately.
