About the role
TFG Home is seeking energetic, fun‑loving seasonal staff to deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the festive period at the @home livingspace store in Cavendish Square.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating unforgettable experiences for customers.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing optimal solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise so the store remains customer‑ready.
Required profile
- Experience within a retail environment.
- A Matric certificate (advantageous).
Required skills
- A positive, can‑do attitude.
- South African citizenship.
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Passion for retail and fashion (advantageous).
- Sales‑driven and customer‑focused.
- Strong work ethic and initiative.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Willingness to work retail hours and reliable transport.
- Available to start immediately.
