About the role

Join the Table Bay store team for the festive season and help customers create joyful moments at home. As a Sales Assistant you will deliver memorable, high‑quality service while showcasing yuppiechef’s range of kitchen and entertaining products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to every visitor, ensuring each interaction is unique.
• Maintain an inviting store environment that highlights the brand and product range.
• Wrap gifts for customers purchasing during the holiday period.
• Keep the store clean and orderly.
• Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Follow internal processes for stock receipt, storage, and merchandising.

Required profile

• High‑energy, friendly and reliable with a passion for food, cooking and entertaining.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and responsible for creating memorable experiences.
• Goal‑driven and eager to work within a collaborative retail team.
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and leaving customers smiling.
