About the role
GALXBOY is seeking energetic, customer‑focused Seasonal Sales Assistants to join its team at various stores during the peak festive trading season. The role involves delivering excellent service, helping customers with product selections and fashion advice, and maintaining store standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver next‑level customer service and represent the GALXBOY culture.
- Master product knowledge – know fits, fabrics and new drops inside‑out.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards to a high level.
- Provide style inspiration and fashion advice to customers.
- Handle the festive rush – manage queues, late‑night shifts and high customer traffic efficiently.
Required profile
- Confident, reliable, stylish and tech‑savvy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts during the busy peak season.
- Minimum education level: Grade 10.
