About the role

An opportunity to work within 20 teams at a large wealth management company, driving process improvement and team effectiveness. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, engaging both the team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute the Scrum framework, including daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, planning sessions and related metrics such as burndown charts.
• Assist the Product Owner in prioritising and scheduling work to meet agreed delivery timelines.
• Ensure all team members understand and fulfil their roles effectively.
• Guide, coach and mentor the development team toward self‑organisation and product ownership.
• Identify impediments and facilitate their resolution.
• Motivate the team, reinforce Scrum and Agile practices, and keep focus on goals.
