Scrubber Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Scrubber Operator to run floor‑scrubbing equipment in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will follow standard operating procedures to ensure clean, safe work areas while complying with environmental, health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑operation checks and routine maintenance on the floor scrubber machine.
• Operate the scrubber according to SOPs to achieve the required cleaning output.
• Maintain cleaning registers and complete all required documentation.
• Cover all designated factory zones, including cold rooms, following the cleaning schedule.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, breakdowns or quality deviations promptly.
• Uphold EHS and QFS standards throughout the shift.
• Keep the work area tidy and support ad‑hoc cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reliability and attention to detail in a production environment.

Required skills

• Floor scrubber machine operation.
