Scheduler – Networks Team (Modimolle)

About the role

We are looking for an organised and detail‑focused Scheduler to join our Networks team in Modimolle. You will coordinate daily technician activities, optimise routes and ensure seamless service delivery for our fibre and wireless customers.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule client appointments, site surveys, installations, call‑outs and CPE removals.
• Plan and optimise technician routes for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor fleet movements, update tickets and ensure accurate job‑card completion.
• Communicate appointment details and updates to clients and installers.
• Perform provisioning tasks and capture required information on Enigma.
• Create and manage PPPoE configurations as needed.
• Produce daily and weekly activity reports and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in scheduling or coordination.
• Strong planning, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑disciplined, motivated and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using Enigma for ticket and provisioning management.
• Ability to configure PPPoE settings.
