SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 System Provisioner

About the role

Provision it. Test it. Prove it. Hand over an SAP tenant that’s genuinely ready. You are methodical, technically curious and highly organised, taking satisfaction from a system that is properly configured, tested and ready for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 tenant readiness, provisioning environments, configuring baselines and managing users, roles and access.
• Coordinate SSO and identity setup, perform smoke testing and quality assurance, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Resolve provisioning defects and formally hand over tested tenants to implementation teams, aiming for 95% of tenants ready by the agreed handover date.

Required profile

• Relevant IT, Information Systems or Engineering qualification, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on SAP Cloud administration or system provisioning experience, with exposure to SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Understanding of tenants, subaccounts, entitlements, destinations, transport routes, identity providers, SSO, role collections, licence administration, Cloud Connector and certificates.
