Salon Manager – Pretoria East

About the role

The Salon Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our beauty salon in Brooklyn, Pretoria. You will ensure a smooth client experience, drive revenue, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee salon operations, scheduling, opening/closing procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise and develop staff including nail technicians, beauty therapists, massage therapists, receptionists and assistants.
• Drive sales through service bookings, retail product sales, promotions and loyalty programmes.
• Manage financial tasks such as daily cash‑ups, reconciliations, expense control and monthly reporting.
• Control stock levels, conduct regular counts, order supplies and verify deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Lead marketing activities including social media, monthly specials and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate administrative records for sales, appointments, client and employee data.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing a beauty salon or spa.
• Proven ability to supervise staff, handle cash and control inventory.
