Sales Support and Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, driven and enthusiastic professional with experience in the insurance industry and dealership relationship management to support our Sales Team. The role combines data analysis, reporting and administrative support to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse data from multiple sources and develop monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc sales performance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with budgeting, track sales team expenses and prepare month‑end financial reporting.
• Coordinate dealer visit planning, schedule appointments and manage travel logistics for domestic and international trips.
• Reconcile credit‑card statements, file expenses and ensure compliance with company travel policies.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or business support roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in budget tracking, sales reporting and travel coordination.
