Sales Reps - Coffee/Vending Machines and Consumables

About the role

Our company, operating in the coffee service industry and providing beverage solutions to corporate clients, is seeking two Sales Representatives with proven B2B sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach corporate clients in the coffee and vending‑machine sector, building a personal pipeline without supplied leads.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local culture and the Cape Town business environment.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, providing examples and references as proof.
• Communicate fluently in English; Afrikaans is an advantage.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable car.
• Matric/Senior Certificate with 3‑4 years experience dealing with SMEs and corporates, and at least 5 years total sales experience.
• Industry knowledge of coffee, vending‑machine and consumables markets.
• Ability to generate own leads, conduct cold calls and close deals under pressure.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, capable of meeting deadlines and motivating colleagues.

What we offer

• Basic salary of R25 000.
• Performance “booster” during the first three months.
